We are an Architectural Ironmongers in the south side of Glasgow, looking to add an experienced Customer Sales Coordinator to our established sales team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Providing quotations - including follow up.
- Processing sales orders.
- Assisting in maintaining stock levels.
- Point of contact throughout the lifecycle of customer sales orders.
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, warehouse & finance.
- Manage and resolve customer queries in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service.
- Understand company products to sell to customers.
- Raise courier bookings.
- Organise supplier returns.
- Assisting in regular stock checks.

- Quick & efficient at decision making and problem solving.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional telephone manner.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Salary dependant on experience.

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday 7.45 - 17.00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
