Senior HR Consultant - Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for a **Senior HR Consultant **you will be based at:
**We are currently working with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to help recruit for a Senior HR Consultant,**
- Experience in a HR role providing high level/specialist advice and guidance in the following: recruitment & retention, change management including restructuring and TUPE, terms & conditions, high level/complex employee relations case work including disciplinary, grievance and capability, attendance management.
- Experience of managing others in the delivery of HR solutions, case work or projects.
- Experience of managing a complex employee relations caseload.
- Experience of developing and reviewing corporate HR policies and procedures
- Experience of working within a trade union environment
- Experience of the design and delivery of learning and development events
- Analysing, interpreting and presenting management information to a range of audiences and in range of formats.
