This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful and friendly team as our HR Administrator with the added responsibility of assisting the board of directors with their day-to-day functions. Your main HR responsibilities will be recruitment, retention and training throughout the whole Group. The Executive Assistant responsibilities will be diary management, meeting minutes and leadership team liaison on behalf of Directors.

You will work closely with Senior Department Heads across the business to co-ordinate and administrate the full HR process as well as both Directors on the day to day running of the group. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a role their own or for an experienced individual looking to broaden their HR or EA knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Assistant - **_Organising both the Managing and Finance Directors to allow increased effectiveness of their day to day operations: _
- Support senior head of departments to deliver reporting for Directors.
- Prepare divisional project trackers
- Work closely with the hiring manager in order to understand the needs of the role;
- Support & coach line managers with preparation of job descriptions;
- Coordinate shortlisting and interviewing;
- Support managers in interviews and coach with interviewing technique;
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts;
- Ensure completion of all relevant new starter documents and ensure all appropriate internal stakeholders are updated;
- Effectively manage a database of recruitment activity;
- Create and write engaging job adverts and placement of job advertisements both internally and externally;
- Complete right to work and referencing checks;
- Develop and deliver effective and appropriate inductions for all new starters;
- Employee retention strategies

**HR Administration - **_Ensure adequate documentation of people related activity: _
- Complete ad-hoc letters such as job title changes, promotion confirmations, etc.

This role has great potential for progression and growth. CIPD training will be sponsored, if not already obtained.

**This role will require some national travel and flexibility on rare occasions.**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (preferred)
