Business Development and Marketing Manager

Reporting to the MD, we have an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Development & Marketing Manager within bMindful Psychology. The role is full time and will be based within our Head Office in Cheadle.
bMindful Psychology aims to support and develop the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people by providing specialist services, with particular expertise in developmental trauma. With an emphasis on training and consultation to buildknowledge and confidence in the team around the child, our clinical team offer a wide range of services and support including consultation, psychological assessment and formulation, one to one therapy and delivery of training.
Our services are available across a number of sectors from residential care to education, fostering, local authorities and on a private basis. The post holder will be responsible for helping to build better brand recogniton and driving business growth acrossthe variety of sectors. You will coordinate with external stakeholders, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and business, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects. You will review current market trends in order to proposenew service development opportunities which can expand our service offering to meet the needs of our clients.
This is a fast-paced environment with potential for our services to be broad reaching and so managing a busy planner of activity will be key.
