Experienced Sponsorship Sales and Business Development manager wanted for one of Londons top female members clubs.

You will be working to pitch the club to consumer brand sponsors (full club sponsorships as well as event sponsorships across the year)

You will also focus on outreach to corporate companies to pitch FIENA as part of employee wellness programs.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

- Securing event and club sponsorship and income, as well as corporate partners
- Generating new business, qualifying strategic selling opportunities and targeting brands for sponsorship and corporate partners
- Leading the development, management and execution of sponsorship sales strategies, meeting and exceeding targets to drive revenue growth
- Developing key account, corporate client and sponsors relationships, identifying and converting opportunities to cross/up-sell
- Planning sponsor engagements and packages to build a long-term pipeline of sponsorship
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters, through securing and leading new business meetings, and maintaining strong relationships
- Writing high quality external communications documents, including sponsorship marketing materials as required
- Proactively engaging with sponsors and other members and networking with key stakeholders to represent the organisation
- Working to put together events, leasing with venues and club partners
- Fulfilling and delivering sponsorship contracts, working closely with the events team

Must have
- A demonstrable record of success in new business development/sales roles.
- Demonstrable experience of maximising opportunities from researching prospects to generating meetings, and securing income.
- Must have successful track record of pitching and securing sponsorships, as well as a strong contact book of key contacts

- Excellent organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure all outputs are of the highest quality.
- Good knowledge of UK brands across areas relevant to FIENA
- Demonstrable understanding of sponsorship management

- Strong entrepreneurial skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £180.00-£200.00 per day
