**This role will focus on**:
Our amazing Management Administration Team are fundamental to the smooth running of our extremely busy, successful office and offer seamless support to our Senior Leadership Team and Departmental Managers.
They posess a wide ranging, varied and diverse set of skills and are well equipped to tackle any task that is asked of them. The multi-disciplined complexity of Watson-Marlow makes the role challenging but rewarding, guaranteeing no two days are the same.

**What you’ll be doing**

**Administrative Support**
You will provide pro-active administrative support to the busy WML Supply Office Manager, Senior Leadership Team and Department Managers
Effectively and efficiently maintain the busy Admin Inbox
Assist the team with daily administrative tasks, including booking in and managing guests and visitors to Watson-Marlow, organising factory tours, distributing/scanning internal post, keeping the noticeboards up to date, creating colleague ID cards
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain and organise the Management Admin Team SharePoint site, document files and folders and other essential information.
Working closely with other departments, e.g Facilities, IT, HR, Finance, EHS
Planning and organising all aspects of internal and external meetings including booking meeting rooms, ensuring the room is equipped with everything the manager needs, organising lunches and refreshments and sending out meeting invitations.
You will source, purchase and distribute employee gifts, care packages and other items as requested.
Work closely with senior managers, coordinating and managing travel arrangements using our online travel portal.
Be a Watson-Marlow hub of knowledge. Able to signpost our Watson-Marlow colleagues with any quests for help or information in a way that reflects our Core Values.
Ensure the office is well-maintained and supplies are stocked
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prioritising and managing incoming work demands and adapting to changing priorities in an fast paced working environment
Promote the company values in all interactions and tasks

**Internal Communications**
Create content for the weekly internal newsletter and disseminate through SharePoint
Develop and distribute engaging internal content including posters, MSForms and SharePoint NewsPosts
Manage internal communications channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
Use various digital and non digital platforms in order to communicate effectively with our colleagues and other stakeholders.

**Event Management**
Collaborating with a multitude of stakeholders, managers and external suppliers to plan and execute various departmental and all-company events including all colleague meetings and engagement sessions, fundraising initiatives, celebratory food events, summer get together’s and Christmas party’s.
Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
Organise and support community engagement activities and events
Actively promote and partake in Company volunteering activities

**Project Assistance**
You will be responsible for taking on a variety of small projects and research projects, presenting your findings in the most task appropriate way.
Assist in the development and implementation of new administrative systems and processes

**Who you’ll be working with**
All Watson-Marlow Ltd colleagues including Senior Leadership and Departmental Management Team
WMFTS and Spirax Group Senior Managers
External Stakeholders and Suppliers, including catering, stationery, travel and transfers and gift providers
Responsible for the smooth running of the office and ensuring top notch internal communications.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Proven experience in an administrative or management support role, with a background as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) being advantageous.
Outstanding organisational skills with a methodical, self-disciplined, efficient,pro-active and flexible nature
