We have an exciting opportunity to join Wilson James as a UK Border Support Agent at Gatwick Airport. You will be working as a member of the Special Assistance team; you will be the friendly face to the holiday makers for the wayfinding and guidance of passengers through the immigration halls at Gatwick Airport.

Main Duties:

- Assist passengers through the immigration halls in both the North and South Terminals.
- Guidance for passengers for when using the electronic gates.
- Able to operate electronic tablet
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
- Any additional reasonable duties as assigned by operational management including rotating between terminals where the need arises.
- Ensure Highest level of customer service is always demonstrated.

Job Requirements:

- Previous Airline/Airport experience desired if not Full training will be provided.
- Must be able to lift passengers in confined spaces, lift luggage in accordance with manual handling guidelines and able to place hand luggage into and out or overhead lockers without standing on seats.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Basic IT skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
- Have an ability to deliver clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Must be able to operate the following shifts patterns include early starts, late finishes, nights, weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays

Essential for the role:

- Must be able to work in an environment where you will be standing for long periods of the shift

Desirable for the role:

- Able to speak additional languages
