Car Rental Agent

This job is a face to face customer service and sales role for individuals who are passionate about service and sales, and are hardworking.
- Salary is made up of basic hourly wage £9.50 per hour, with a very good bonus scheme based on performance, **£30,000 to £45,000 OTE**

Green Motion Car and Van Rental offer vehicles to both leisure and business customers. Clients have the opportunity to enjoy great value vehicle rental, while helping to reduce the impact of CO2 emissions associated with road travel.

Due to expansion at Green Motion Gatwick, we are looking for Car Rental Sales Agents to add to our experienced team.

The core tasks for any successful applicant are as follows:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers at all times
- Selling ancillary products to customers who have booked and are collecting a rental vehicle, such as; upgrades, additional insurance waivers, GPS, additional drivers, unlimited mileage.
- Under-writing rentals, ensuring all ID checks are complete and making sure that every client is fully aware of their liability
- Inspecting vehicle condition, and charging where appropriate
- Cleaning cars and arranging maintenance.
- Previous successful sales track record in the car rental sector is advantageous.
- Motivation to do well and 'go the extra mile' for customers
- Customer service flair
- Ability to work and thrive in a busy, high pressure environment
- A positive 'can do' approach
- Some IT skills

Essential Requirements:
What do we need from you?
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Customer service experience.
