RMS are proud to be working with a dynamic Facilities Management company based in Darlington and are currently recruiting for **an Administrator** to join the clients team
You will be working closely with the Human Resources team and will deliver an efficient and accurate administration service to the business for all activities associated with the employment lifecycle.
This is a **permanent, fully office-based role** and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM until 4PM. The client is offering a salary of £22,700 - £25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities will include**:
- Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure all employee data is entered into the HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including new starters, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, sickness administration and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintaining and updating training database records.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Note taking in Employee Relations meetings.
- Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc HR projects.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, ensuring you comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
- Work in line with Equality & Diversity policy and report any incidents that are against the spirit of an inclusive work environment.
- Support company policies, ensuring full compliance with the procedures that accompany these.
- Maintain effective communications with all levels of the business and establish effective relationships with key members of the business.
- Any other general administration duties.
- Experience of working in an administrative role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues with the wider Human Resources & client team.
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn and develop personal skills, with a progressive mindset.
- Willing to be vetted in line with BS:7858
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Able to travel UK wide, with overnight stays as required.
