**Programme Support Officer**

Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with Local Government Organisation in London which is looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer on an interim basis to provide administrative support to a Leadership Programme. The post holder will be responsible for organising events and preparing information packs.

**As a Programme Support Officer, you will**:

- Organise and support meetings, events and functions
- Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems, including forward/project plans, electronic filing systems, CRM mailing lists and databases.
- Produce reports, briefings and information sheets and update the website and portal.
- Arrange room bookings, refreshments, printing, copying, distribution, travel and other administrative tasks in support of the team.
- Manage orders and invoices, expenses, sickness reporting and other Agresso-based activities, in line with agreed finance and HR procedures on behalf of the team.

**Experience & Qualifications Required**:

- Understanding of Local Government
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to update and analyse spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience planning and preparing meetings and events, minute taking
- Previous experience raising orders and invoices, monitoring budgets, keeping project information and records up to date

The role is initially for 3 months, will be hybrid (2-3 days onsite a week) and is paying £18.73 per hour PAYE + holiday pay.
