Inside Sales Account Representative

**About the job**:
**What you will do**:
- Qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate members
- Prospect opportunities, identify and follow through on opportunities up to a regional defined threshold
- Oversee and serve as an escalation point of contact for renewals
- Coordinate requests for internal technical associates to support partner-led opportunities based on prioritization from the account executive and corporate and territory sales manager
**What you will bring**:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals
- Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
- High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
- Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with the IT industry and open source principles is a plus
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools like SFDC and additional internal sales tools and systems like Quip, OutReach, etc is a plus
