We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our small family business in Stockport. We are a well established (41 years) Coach Operator with a Car & Commercial Garage as well. Your skill set will develop around both aspects of our business.

To join our team, we are looking for someone who will:
1- Assist the Accounts Team with inputting data on to Sage and reconciling petty cash. (at least 1 year's experience is essential)

2- Assist the Car & Commercial Garage Team by inputting data relating to the fleet on to our systems.

3- Assist customers wishing to book day tours and holidays and follow the internal booking procedures to ensure a smooth delivery of our services

4- Answer telephone calls and provide an excellent level of customer service

5- Attend to customers who visit our premises including our Reception area.

6- Assist Senior Management with research etc.

7- Take payments across all aspects of the businesses

8- Have a great sense of humour (It can get really busy so a good sense of humour really is a must)

**Salary**: £20,072.00 per year
