We are looking for 2 enthusiastic & experienced administrators who have the ability to manage a busy workload, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, to join our Collections Department and to provide administrative support to the Customer Operations Team.

**About us**:
We offer a market-leading range of solutions, including card terminals, online payments, POS systems and more. Plus, we now also build websites, to help businesses market and sell online quickly and affordably. We offer this, all with high levels of support, provided by helpful, personable experts.

**Working hours**

40 hours a week. Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 17:30.

Stockport - Office Based.

**Primary responsibilities of our Administrator**
- Photocopy and print various documents.
- Sort and scan daily post received, in addition to organising and sending outgoing post (this will involve the use of a small franking machine).
- Organise and file paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word) to manage data and produce documents.
- Send out letters/franking etc
- Data inputting into various portals and being able to follow processes.
- Ad-hoc admin duties to support the management team

**Skills required for our Administrator**:

- Confident in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word (intermediary level)
- The ability to learn and follow new processes quickly and implement these to good standard
- Strong organisational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Attention to detail and accuracy at all times
- The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks and workload
- Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Be able to work as part of a team or individually

**Qualifications required for our Administrator**

Minimum level requirement:
GCSEs A*-C or 9-4 though any additional qualifications would be seen as beneficial.

Secretarial qualifications or equivalent qualifications in business administration would also be desirable.
