Cfap Programme Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated project support officer to support the team responsible for delivering the National Advancing Practice Programme in HEE.
The Project Support Officer will work with the national programme leads and Quality managers to support the project. Duties include managing a number of programmes through a quality review process, working with internal and external stakeholders, financial tracking and the management of key record management, monitoring and reporting. The role is varied with a range of responsibilities designed to support the team’s project and business functions. This role will also involve regular interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role will support the delivery and success of this programme. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent administrative and project management skills, strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
The Project Support Officer will work with the National Programme Leads and Quality Managers to support the project including project tracking, financial tracking and the management of a large number of project datasets, monitoring and reporting.
Regular interaction with and support of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will also be required.
**Duties will include**:
- Supporting the programme team to manage a number of programmes through a quality review process, helping develop business plans,
- Collating and managing various project records, post trackers, organisational charts to ensure the establishment of the Programme Team remains up to date and within budget.
- Supporting the team to process financial information including budgets and performance monitoring
- Liaising and negotiating with external stakeholders and their offices as required
- Tracking project plans and actions across the team, highlighting potential risks and delays in delivery
- Co-ordinating internal and external meetings for the team including calendar invites, agendas, papers and minutes
- Be a point of contact and advice for a range of internal colleagues and senior managers.
- Arrange meetings for the Programme Team and support the planning of conferences and events

The team is working collaboratively across healthcare to develop safe and effective healthcare practitioners who you would trust to care for your loved one, whatever they do, wherever they work.
The Centre for Advancing Practice (CfAP) Programme Support Officer will work as part of the National Advanced Practice and Allied Health Professions Programmes Team within Health Education England’s (HEE) Directorate of Education and Quality (DEQ).
**The post will**:
- Support the Programme Team’s business function, including helping develop business plans, budget and performance monitoring, risk management and governance processes via PM3.
- Collate and manage a range of datasets. In particular, post trackers and organisation charts to ensure the establishment of the Programme Team remains up to date and within budget.
- Lead the HR function on behalf of Programme Team, overseeing recruitment processes, induction programmes and co-ordinating training and development.
- Liaise with appropriate corporate functions (i.e. IT, Finance, HR to ensure the Programme Team is compliant with policies and has the support required.
- Be a point of contact and advice for a range of internal colleagues and senior managers.
- Support financial processes by raising Purchase Orders and providing financial coding to the Programme Team.
- Arrange meetings for the Programme Team and support the planning of conferences and events
