The IT Programme Delivery team is expanding to deliver an exciting and challenging Digital Health Programme of Work across UHB and needs experienced, motivated and professional Programme Support Officers to support this.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience of supporting a senior NHS management team and have knowledge of the Trust's Digital Health Programme of work.

Applicants will be required to support all aspects of the Trust's Digital Health Programme of work as delegated by the senior IT Programme Delivery team eg.:

- Accurate and timely maintenance of IT Programme Delivery Projects

Liaising closely with relevant Progamme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Tech Support teams as required and producing accurate documentation and reports as requested.

Stock and non-stock ordering and management of process through to delivery/receipt.

Programme Delivery meetings (arrange, agenda, minutes ,FU Actions) ,

Support HR / staff related processes - Finance Tools, NHS Jobs, Allocate, Payroll for the Programme Delivery Team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate professionalism, highly developed organisation and communication skills, along with an enthusiasm to want to join the IT Programme Delivery team at this challenging and exciting time.
