**Accounts/Invoicing Administrator
- 6 month temp contract
A fantastic opportunity to join a busy accounts team, ideally you will have previous experience working in an accounts environment with a good understanding of accounting processes. As well as being well organised you will possess excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal along with good attention to detail and have strong Excel skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
**On a daily basis to ensure all supplier invoices received are reviewed and inputted in an accurate and timely manner
- To deal with all supplier queries in a competent and timely manner
- To ensure all invoice queries are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
- To liaise where necessary with finance teams, internal and external customers and external suppliers
- To ensure finance policies, processes and procedures are compliant
- To assist the Manager with any adhoc duties as required
