**Your Role**:

- Provide comprehensive stores support for Tidworth & Bulford Estates Store covering sourcing, selection and purchase of goods to ensure a smooth supply of parts to the Maintenance team that meets contractual response times.
- Goods In - Ensure that all products match the current system descriptions and that the quality of product delivered match what has been ordered and invoiced
- Issue and receipt of loan tools and equipment to the DEL on request ensuring they have received the appropriate training and are authorised to do so.
- Compliance with management of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) including the issue of correct and in date supporting documentation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Qualifications**: To be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English. A NVQ2 Distribution Storehouse and Warehouse Operations or equivalent qualifications and a IOSH Working Safely qualification are desirable.
- **Experience**: Experience in maintenance/logistics environments with knowledge of inventory, warehousing and stock procedures. Administrative background preferred, ideally in logistics/maintenance. Basic Health and Safety understanding and excellent Microsoft Office skills required. Working knowledge of IFS would be advantageous
- **Skills**: Capable of manual handling with excellent attention to detail for accurate stock picking. Must recognise product codes, work effectively in a team, prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work independently whilst following procedures.
- _**Driving Licence**:_ _Full UK valid driving licence required._
