Stock Condition Surveyor

Our Client is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor.

**Due to continuous business growth, they are seeking two Stock Condition Surveyors.**
As a stock condition surveyor, you will conduct stock condition surveys to support the collation of stock condition information and long-term asset management planning.
You will assist in the preparation, delivery, and monitoring of our five-year rolling programme of stock condition surveys. For example, you will carry out stock condition surveys of roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, and other components withinthe property ensuring assessments comply with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. You will also be analysing data, as required, in response to a customer enquiry, or as part of the stock condition data collection and validation of programmed works.
Work across all service areas must be delivered safely and comply with any associated legislation, regulation, guidance, and good practice. You will help in the effective delivery of the investment strategy, including the development of programmes of stockreinvestment, development of stock condition survey processes, and development of associated systems. You will support the delivery of data management activity in line with service delivery targets and key performance indicators, ensure collaboration acrossthe business regarding data management and best practice and support the home investment and compliance function, as required.

**As a stock condition surveyor, you will**:
- Be HHSRS accredited (desirable)
- Bring significant experience in a property maintenance (housing) or construction environment
- Have experience working and delivering services in a customer-focused environment
- Be experienced in stock condition surveys, HHSRS surveys and the management of property-related data
- Have a flexible working attitude with time, travel and demonstrated reliability
- Be comfortable working with mobile devices, such as tablets, laptops and smartphones
- Be IT literate and comfortable using various systems and Microsoft office products
- Build effective relationships with several teams both internal and external
- Have a full, driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Be committed to our DNA and be a great ambassador for them.
This is a roaming role with a mix of home, office and remote working. Due to the nature of the role a DBS check will be completed for the successful applicants.
Your previous experience may be in roles such as a stock condition surveyor, building surveyor, assistant building surveyor, investment surveyor, property surveyor, asset surveyor, amongst others.
