We are now looking for a **Procurement Administrator** to manage the purchasing process and stores to ensure the required inventory is available to ensure the effective running of the sales and site installation process.

**About the Role**:
**Robust Purchase Order Management Duties**:

- Forecast product requirements and co-ordinate supply to meet project programme.
- Ensure materials are procured to the required specification, quality, price, delivery and other contractual conditions.
- To hire plant and tools to meet project requirements.
- Book site deliveries.
- Manage the purchasing administration process through the raising of purchase orders and issuing to suppliers.
- Escalate any supply issues and facilitate alternative plans if necessary.
- Responsible for the timely reconciliation of purchase orders to goods received and cost.
- Ensure timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs and terms of delivery.
- Manage and maintain the supplier database.

**Effective Stock Management**:

- Manage the stores function, assisting with organisation of stock held items in the warehouse.
- Monitor levels of stock held items and materials with regard to quantity and cost.
- Assist the stores function with inbound and outbound activities.
- Process consignment documentation on Sage, resolve discrepancies and advise accounts of damages/returns.
- Plan and co-ordinate the dispatch of stock items to site, ensuring effective stock rotation.
- Manage compliance of portable appliance testing, repairs and calibration/inspections of all company owned equipment.
- Ensure good housekeeping within warehouse and yard areas.

**Waste Management**:

- Procure skips for warehouse and site operations.
- Monitor volume and cost of company waste.
- Review and renew licences.
- Review processes in line with accrediting bodies requirements and prepare documents for audit.

You will also be required to provide a high level of service to customers and suppliers, answering any general queries and actively contribute to continuous/process improvement.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
