Bytes Software Services is a market leading IT Reseller business within the UK that was established over 40 years ago providing world class expertise. Our breadth of insight & experience has helped hundreds of the world’s best known brands.
Due to expansion and year on year growth, they are now seeking a Sales Leader to build out a new team from the ground up. This role is pivotal to the ongoing growth plans of their business and will also be growing and expanding a team of account managers across existing and new verticals. The over arching target is for the business to double profitability within the next 3 years.
We are seeking a true Sales Leader that leads from the front - someone that has a strong command for the B2B sales cycle (including onboarding new clients) and can command respect and inspire their team to perform to the highest of standards. This opportunity would suit someone that can meet personal targets whilst not losing sight of their team’s progression and ongoing support that will be required to ensure their team is successful. We would consider someone with management experience OR someone looking to take their next step in a Leadership position. This is a chance to have a huge impact on a new team and make it your own.
It is essential you have a background in the IT Reseller / Channel space.
You will be involved in the day to day running of your team, including 1-1 coaching, your own prospecting and monthly management meetings.
