**Sales Executive/ Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Colchester**

In this role, your main duties will be:

- Handling enquiries, passed over by various partners, from excited home buyers looking to secure a Mortgage for their dream home.
- Building rapport with individuals and really understanding their needs.
- Being a 'Trusted Adviser’ for the customers’ requirements.
- Taking customers through the initial 'fact find’ and establish whether they qualify for the funding that they require.
- Arranging an appointment with an internal Mortgage Adviser once the customer has passed the qualify criteria.
- Updating the internal systems and records to keep all information up to date.
- Ensuring that you are following compliance protocols and treating customers fairly.

The rewards are vast. Along with your base salary, as well as one division offering a guaranteed bonus for 6 months, you will be part of a very generous and uncapped bonus structure which sees top performers more than double their earnings. If you meet expectationin the first 12 months, you will receive a 25% increase in salary on your employment anniversary as a thank you for your efforts, and a commitment to you. At 18 months service, you will have the option to progress with your CeMap qualifications (as mentionedat no expense to you) to become a Mortgage Adviser, once complete, you will receive a further £10k increase in salary with on target earning of £70k.
