**Mortgage Qualifier**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a **Full Time Mortgage Qualifier**to join a large Mortgage Advisory firm whom are partners of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in their premises in **Colchester CO3.**

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, incredibly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their team with the addition of a further Customer Care Advisor (Mortgage Qualifier).

The advisor will be responsible for inbound qualification of potential Mortgage customers which involves obtaining customer information to be passed to the in house Mortgage and Protection Advisors.

Competitive base salary of**£22,500 DOE with an OTE of £28,000 - £30,000**

Weekend working is on a rota to ensure fairness across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- To take numerous calls daily to generate information to be passed to the Mortgage Advisory experts in house

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years customer service experience ideally within new homes Mortgages.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
- Must have experience of a fast paced volume business
- Must have experience of a targeted sales environment
- Ideally with FS / Mortgage experience
