We’re are looking for an experienced and self -motivated **New Homes Mortgage Advisor** who has a keen interest in New Homes Mortgages. This is a very lucrative side of the business and will see the dedicated **New Homes Mortgage Advisor** earning an OTE in excess of £50,000.Working as a Connells **New Homes Mortgage Advisor** you will mainly work remotely but still benefit from centralised support and on-going guidance.

**Key responsibilities of a New HomesMortgage Advisor**:

- Building relationships with New Homes Sites and Estate Agency Teams
- Collecting and acting on information gathered from colleagues and referrals
- Providing advice on a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet your customers’ needs
- You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment

**Skills and experience required to be a successful New HomesMortgage Advisor**:

- Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- CeMap qualified or Equivalent
- Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
- 1 year or more experience as a mortgage advisor
- Motivated to be successful
- Always doing the right thing by the customer
- Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
- Full UK Driving Licence
