**Mortgage Administrator - Colchester, CO3 - Office Based**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time **Mortgage Administrator **to join a large dynamic partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in their offices on **Crouch Street, Colchester, CO3**.

Our highly valued partner firm are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their team with the addition of a further Mortgage Administrator.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 2 years mortgage administration experience as a minimum.

**Base salary of** **£22,000 plus bonus payable monthly taking the OTE upto £28,000 (Bonus average £500 per month)**

**Hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 6 (No weekends)**

**There are other roles available within this firm offering the same base but a smaller bonus opportunity.**

**The partner firm are an owned firm of LSL Property Services plc and so the position attracts the benefits associated with that of a plc business**

**Responsibilities**:
**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years administration experience ideally within FS.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - **LSL Property Services plc, **is the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 900 + individually branded Mortgage Advisory businesses.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on..
