Our client provides quality mortgage advice that is designed to meet their customers specific needs. As part of a bigger team of 100, their friendly team of 8 help people in the Colchester area with mortgages, personal protection and financial calculations, as well as a new homes mortgage service for house builders. They are now looking for a **Mortgage Administrator** to join their growing, friendly team.

**Mortgage Administrator**

**Salary £22k with 6k+ Annual Bonus |** Mon-Fri 9am-6pm | 1 Hour Lunch | Colchester **| **Share Save | Company Pension | Perks at Work Scheme |No Experience Needed | Customer service |Administration | Mortgages | New builds |

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Obtaining documentation from clients and providing clients with regular updates
- Keeping our New Build Developments updated
- Liaising with our mortgage advisers where necessary
- Checking compliance documentation
- Checking mortgage offers match against illustrations
- Working towards team targets

**Person Specification**:

- No experience necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Resilient
- Good communication skills
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
