We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic senior evaluation officer to join an evolving strategic evaluation team. If you are intellectually curious, analytical and with a passion to help RNIB improve outcomes for people with sight loss then this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, agile, high impact team responsible for strategic evaluation of RNIB';s activity.

**Senior Evaluation Officer Requirements**:
You will lead on strategic evaluation of some of RNIB';s most exciting and impactful activity and provide critical information to support organisational decision making. Managing evaluation projects, both large and small scale, including projects where there may be external funding with external reporting requirements, you will play a crucial role in helping RNIB understand its impact, and provide evidence we can use to inform continuous improvement and development.

You will also help develop and implement a strategic evaluation framework which will be central to our understanding of organisational impact and delivery of strategy, and our revised impact reporting.

**Salary**: £32,115 - £45,342 per annum
