**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with managing the company vehicle fleet.
- Prepare weekly payment lists
- All administration relating to assisting the Personal Assistant
- Assist with Social Media
- Liaising effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with managing orders.
- Deal with the mail.
- Daily deadlines must be met, overtime may be necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in an administrative role, reflecting a strong, in-depth background in administration.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners and computers is essential
**Benefits**:
