Our client is looking for an Office Administrator for a Permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

**Role**:
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams in the Aberdeen office. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. They will also be required to support in both HR and QHSE Admin.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing HR and QHSE Admin support.
- Coordinating and managing travel arrangements, appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Assist in the day to day running of the office.
- Maintaining general office files & databases, including HR files and QHSE files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- An experienced administrator who is comfortable handling sensitive information and has the ability to multi-task and manage their time.
- Must be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and preferably a working knowledge of D365
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administration role with demonstrable experience of HR Admin and/or HSE Admin.
- Good communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Flexible approach to tasks and roles.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
