I-Fulfilment is a fast-growing technology enabled business providing fulfilment services to eCommerce businesses. This is an exciting and interesting role, as many of our clients are fast growing start-up businesses and in addition to providing fulfilment services, we also provide marketplace support (e.g. monitor and control Amazon and Ebay accounts on clients’ behalf).

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Manage, reconcile and control the sales/invoicing process across all key marketplaces (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Ebay, etc)
- Sales ledger support for a growing portfolio of clients ensuring invoices are accurate, complete and issued in a timely manner
- Purchase ledger support ensuring supplier invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Acting as a direct point of contact for client queries
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Accounts Team with other day to day tasks and ad hoc projects as required
- Tech savvy with a keen interest in eCommerce and an eye for detail
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a commercial business in an accounting or administration function
- Proficient using MS Office with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Strong Maths and English GCSE results (grade C/4 or better)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, preferably AAT Level 1 or 2 qualified
- Experience of resolving queries in a timely manner
- Methodical, self-disciplined and have the ability to prioritise own workload
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident communicating with people at all levels

Desirable but not essential, previous experience of:

- dealing with freight/courier providers;
- And/or dealing with Amazon (Vendor Central and Seller Central).

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
