i-Fulfilment is a fast-growing technology enabled business providing fulfilment services to eCommerce businesses. This is an exciting and interesting role, as many of our clients are fast growing start-up businesses and in addition to providing fulfilment services, we also provide marketplace support (e.g. monitor and control Amazon and Ebay accounts on clients’ behalf).

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time basis, to provide support across a broad range of administration and accounting functions.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Sales ledger support for a growing portfolio of clients ensuring invoices are accurate, complete and issued in a timely manner
- Purchase ledger support ensuring supplier invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Manage, reconcile and control the sales/invoicing process across all key marketplaces (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Ebay, etc)
- Helping maintain the accounts inbox, ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Acting as a direct point of contact for client queries
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Accounts Team with other day to day tasks and ad hoc projects as required
- Tech savvy with a keen interest in eCommerce and an eye for detail
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a commercial business in an accounting or administration function
- Proficient using MS Office with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Strong Maths and English GCSE results (grade C/4 or better)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, preferably AAT Level 1 or 2 qualified
- Experience of resolving queries in a timely manner
- Methodical, self-disciplined and have the ability to prioritise own workload
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident communicating with people at all levels

Desirable but not essential, previous experience of:

- Xero;
- AAT Level 4 qualified;
- Dealing with freight/courier providers; and/or
- Amazon (Vendor Central and Seller Central) and eBay.

**Salary**: £23,000 to £26,000 - Depending on experience
