Our client is looking for an Administrator on a contract basis, located in Aberdeen.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Admin assistance to the ROV Training Dept / Instructors
- Co-ordinate Offshore ROV personnel training (external and internal) and plan and arrange delegates accordingly with ROV Personnel Crewing Supervisor.
- Arrange Travel/joining instructions for internal training (including lunches as required)
- Support the Project Administration Supervisor with administrative support to ROV Operations Department including, but not limited to:
- Processing of both onshore and offshore timesheets.
- Process reports received from offshore including Daily Tracking Sheets, Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analysis Reports.
- Process departmental annual leave requests and maintain department Team Planner.
- Ensure that all departmental and offshore personnel CV’s are kept up to date or amended when necessary.
- Provide document control cover as required for Project Administration Supervisor.
- Ad Hoc duties as required for department.
- Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good secondary education
- To be familiar with Microsoft Windows Word and Excel Software (REQUIREMENT)
