Our client is looking for an Administrator (Full time or Part time) for a 6 month contract position, located in Aberdeen.

**ROLE**

Providing administrative support to the offshore crewing team, specifically supporting our offshore employing company Smit Singapore in the key areas of recruitment and payroll.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the department mailbox and recruitment mailbox for Smit Singapore
- Registration, acknowledgement and filing of CV’s
- Preparing CVs for clients as required
- Interact with training Dept for any travel required for courses
- Authorisations from Offshore employer
- Raising all recruitment contracts/paperwork, filing
- Entering all new start details into database (onboard)
- Recording of approved holidays, personal information updates on system and advising payroll as required (change of address, bank details etc)
- Processing expenses
- Processing purchase orders (IFS)
- Providing administrative support to payroll, and point of liaison for any payroll queries received
- Support as required for issuing of Certification Matrices
- Additionally providing support to other areas in department during busy periods

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong IT skills, MS Office - particularly MS Excel, databases (training will be provided on internal systems)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle a varied workload
- Good administrative background, ideally gained within a similar busy recruitment/logistics environment (but not essential)
