**Role Summary**
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support to our team. Their role will include handling clerical and office administration duties, coordinating calendars, organizing meetings, and working closely with the Headquarters HR team assisting with the HR activities related to UK and Europe-based personnel.**Essential Responsibilities**Act as a central point of contact for everyone within the organisation
-Maintain office and facilities, managing relationships with service providers
-Order stationery and furniture
-Book transport and accommodation
-Organise meetings and managing day to day activities
-Organise company events and conferences
-Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
-Prepare letters, presentations, and reports
-Keep records of office expenditure
-Be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the office petty cash
-Maintain office policies and admin systems
-Chair office management monthly meetings
-Be responsible for HR administration duties including HR filing and archiving, paperwork issue
-Handle staff inductions and respond to all ad hoc HR queries
-Manage KPIs making sure employees submit these in accordance with the requirements of HR guideline
-Manage Bright HR database
**Qualifications Requirements**:
High school diploma or GED
-Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
-Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and with discretion
-Proactive, ambitious, energetic and tenacious
-Confident individual with a proactive attitude
-Attention to detail and multi-tasker
