Office Administrator

**We wish to appoint an Office Administrator to join our successful family business. This is a full
- time permanent position, working Monday to Friday.**
**Your duties will include**:
- **Compilation of despatch and invoicing documents**
- **Preparing and checking monthly customer invoices and statements**
- **Liaising with customers and managing their accounts**
- **Taking customer payments**
- **General administrative duties**
**This is an ideal role for a strong administrator who is highly organised with an eye for detail.**
**To succeed in the role, you will need: -**
- **Strong computer literacy skills**
- **Competency in SAGE or a similar accounts package (desirable)**
- **Excellent communication and customer service skills**
- **Self-confidence and ability to work on own initiative**
**In return, we offer a competitive salary of circa £24k per annum, flexibility in terms of start/finish times and the opportunity to work in a successful well-established team.**
