**We are currently recruiting for a Housing Administrator to join our Housing team in Armagh**
- Main Duties and Responsibilities;_
- Providing general administrative support and assist with day-to-day office operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and carry out follow ups
- Organising inspections for Housing Officers & landlords, with occupants
- Organizing referrals for new applicants to move into addresses, ensuring occupant paperwork is up to date
- Liaising with 3rd parties to ensure smooth transition into new properties
- Keying applicants in/out of address & organising return of keys
- Updating HMS with certificate, new inspections & occupant agreements
- Updating HMS with occupant details, notes from day to day tasks
- Providing weekly up to date report on day-to-day duties
- Dealing with new properties & organising sub-contractors to carry our compliance work.
- Liaising with landlords to ensure smooth transition for new properties.

What we need from you;
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an administration role.
- Demonstrable experience of using a range of computer software including MS office, Word and excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
