Office Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced administration assistant for a new permanent role. Operating with the electrical industry globally the role requires the following duties:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the accounts and management team
- Maintain internal systems for holidays, timekeeping and job costing
- Review timesheets, issue and keep track of job sheets
- Calculate expense claims
- Input data onto sage accounts system e.g. purchase invoices, projects, products etc.
- Assist with purchasing and purchasing ledger requirements
- Maintain all ISO systems and documentation
- Maintain employee documentation - carry out inductions, ensue training, driving licence checks, passports are all up to date and book courses
- Prepare H&S documentation for customers and provide requested information
- Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for management team
- Develop marketing material and enhance social media presence
- Purchase office supplies
- General office duties
This company offer a fantastic workplace culture, various staff events, training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment. The working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm.
