**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our passionate and driven team in Edinburgh

The purpose of this role is to work within our 2nd line Desktop support function supporting and learning from the IT Operation Team.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with your peers to ensure that all tickets assigned to the desktop support team are resolved within their SLA and with quality and customer service in mind.
- Managing stock orders and keeping our colleagues updated to ensure their expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle of their requests.
- Alignment of ways of working and processes to the wider Atalian Servest UK IT team to ensure consistency in our service provision.
- Working closely with Service Desk to upskill and transfer knowledge to both improve 1st-time fix rate and customer satisfaction.
- Support the drive to align processes between Atalian Servest and recently acquired businesses.

**Required Experience**:

- Office 365.
- Experience of Telephony systems such as Vonage, 8x8 Gamma or Horizon.
- Active Directory.
- Documentation Creation.
- Azure AD.
- MDM / Intune.
- SharePoint.
- ITIL Framework.
