Lorien's Edinburgh based client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their expanding team to provide primarily 1st line helpdesk support. They are looking for someone with a clear passion for IT who is keen to further develop, and the role will grow inaccordance.
The role is Monday to Friday, Full time hours working 35hours a week with the shift patterns varying between 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. The role will be a mix of hybrid working.
**Skills Required**:
- Experience supporting Windows OS (10/11) across laptops and desktops using Endpoint Manager/Intune/SCCM. Exposure to iOS mobile device management a bonus.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online etc,) would be desirable.
- Proven ability to be able to support end-users confidently, remaining courteous and respectful when under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first response onsite and remote IT support to employees and clients across a broad range of technology and computing devices.
- Ensure problems and issues are identified, diagnosed, and managed effectively throughout the support lifecycle.
- Executing processes for the on-boarding / off boarding of end-users including laptop builds, user account setups and basic training.
- Supporting colleagues with wide range of legal software and SaaS apps, alongside core Microsoft 365 platform including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other office apps.
- Management of IT support systems and upkeep of documentation and knowledge base.
- Carrying out tasks that support the health, integrity and security of the network and systems.
- Provide assistance and support in the delivery of IT projects and taking ownership for ongoing support of new solutions.
