Description:

We're looking for experienced IT professionals to provide ad hoc desktop support onsite, to clients within Edinburgh. MUST HAVE MAC IT SUPPORT Experience.

Perfect for those already in full-time roles seeking a flexible way to earn extra income. Please only apply if you work remotely and can take on additional work and can travel into Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Provide remote support using remote access tools
  • Attend onsite visits for installations, upgrades, or urgent support when needed
  • Log issues and resolutions accurately

Requirements:

  • Previous desktop support experience (Windows/macOS)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc tasks
  • Access to transport for onsite visits (if required)
