**Workforce Planning Strategy Lead**

We are seeking a Workforce Planning Strategy Manager to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract. You should have a good understanding of data and experienced with Excel as you will help define the operating model for the workforceanalytics team.

The Global Technology (GT) organization within JPMC is committed to delivering market-leading technology capabilities with speed for our customers in a secure, stable and scalable way. To achieve this mission, the organization needs to continuously evolveand adapt. This requires frequent change to the way our technology employees work, think, and how they deliver value to our customers. The Workforce Analytics team exists to help ensure success of major transformation efforts through data by identifying challengewith existing programs of work and proactively working with key partners to shape the future state of the organization.

We are looking for a strong associate to join this dynamic and ambitious team. They will work with the Workforce Analytics Strategy Lead to define the future data and analytics strategy, to bring key partners together and manage the book of work in a cohesive,best in class manner leading from the front. Key responsibilities will include:

- Defining the operating model for the workforce analytics team to ensure the group collectively collaborate and work together effectively
- Manage the book of work in a controlled but iterative manner to ensure commitments are kept, experimentation is encouraged and the group provide consistency to customers
- Collaborate with key partners on identifying key strategic challenges for the GT organization where the Workforce Analytics team can lean in
- Research external approaches to People change and analytics to enable future forecasting
- Support shaping the Analytics strategy and product growth of the group enabling more use cases for customers whilst expanding the customer base and maturing the product set.
- Some travel within the UK may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with past experience in supporting large projects / programs
- Preferred experience with Agile delivery methodologies of either organizational or development change
- Aptitude to identify, gather, and analyze relevant data to capture key themes and drive decision making
- Experience in authoring presentations at various audience levels including for senior leaders
- Ability to leverage resources and adjust to constraints outside of direct control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with others to deliver
- Advanced skills with the standard MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

**Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. When working from home you will need your own PC/Laptop as these are not provided
