**What’s the role?**

You will work with the Safeguarding and Tenancy Sustainment Manager to provide a high quality, customer focussed and responsive Safeguarding and Tenancy Sustainment service to both internal and external customers.

**What we’re looking for**

A competent Housing Safeguarding apprentice will have a keen eye for detail, knowledge of office administration, understand the importance of confidentiality and be able to work independently. You will provide administrative support to the Safeguarding and Tenancy Sustainment Manager and keep detailed and accurate records of safeguarding concerns.

**Location**

Whilst the service is primarily based in Laurence House, we operate a hybrid approach whereby you may be required to work both in the office and from home as determined by service requirements. You will be required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
