International payments business is seeking a Head of Compliance and MLRO. This will be a part time role (3 days a week) with the ability to work on a remote basis. The company has an excellent reputation and is well placed for growth and expansion over the coming years.

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation of compliance controls and processes ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory obligations

Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Data Protection Officer maintaining relevant policies

Ensure all regulatory reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies

**Requirements**:
Extensive experience in financial crime compliance with a focus on UK regulations

Previous Head of Compliance/MLRO experience

Knowledge and experience of payments/e-money

Strong communication skills capable of building internal and external relations
