Twenty84 is looking for a skilled and collaborative Head of Compliance and MLRO to join our wealth management client's welcoming and inclusive team. This full-time compliance and MLRO role is based in London and comes with an excellent salary of £110,000-£145,000 and a fantastic benefits package including 10% pension, 28 days holiday, and hybrid working (2-3 days from home).

As a committed and experienced Head of Compliance and MLRO, you will run, oversee and help integrate the group’s regulatory policies and procedures and can expect to:

- Act in the roles of Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Oversight Officer for the delegated firms
- To ensure CASS policies and procedures are suitable and monitored
- Support directly authorised firms as a group representative and oversee Training and Competence
- Develop regular compliance and financial crime / AML monitoring procedures and practices
- Manage the team of compliance professionals

In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a generous salary of £110,000-£145,000 and a fantastic benefits package including 10% pension, 28 days holiday, and hybrid working (2-3 days from home).

**Salary**: £110,000.00-£145,000.00 per year
