**Customer Service / Job Booking Clerk**

**Daily Duties to Include**:
- Entering jobs onto company system
- Planning jobs for the following days
- Liaising and assigning jobs to drivers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Taking ownership of tasks up until completion
- End of day debrief with drivers counting cash collected & balancing days events
- Adding content to social media and promoting our business
- Reporting to the directors of the business
This is a full time position based at our offices in Stanningley, Leeds, LS28
Hours : 8.30am - 5pm ON ALL WORKING DAYS

**Requirements**:
You Must Have:
- Excellent command of English language and be able to converse at all levels.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Not afraid of problem solving or coming up with new ideas
- A good understanding of social media /(marketing helpful)
- A great work ethic, we are a small team and everyone depends on each other
- Be willing to grow with the business, take on new challenges and responsibilities, learning as we grow to make the overall business success.
- Be comfortable working to KPI's and deadlines
