Our established client in Pudsey is looking to recruit an experienced customer services advisor for a 12 month, fixed term contract.

You'll be working within as small and friendly customer services team. This is a fun and supportive working environment.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8-4.30 with hour lunch (4pm finish on Friday - hours are set)

NB This is a site based role.

**Key Competencies**
- Excellent communicator and problem solving skills taking responsibility and ownership for customer enquiries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work accordingly.

**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**
- Commercial/Sales background - Accustom to calling existing customers and prospects to build relationships.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Team player.
- Proactive and assertive approach to prospect and customer accounts.

**Key Accountabilities and Outputs**
- Administer and monitor customer transactions and associated documentation, within the company’s prescribed policy and procedural guidelines to ensure on time delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and develop good customer relationships.
- Develop opportunities with prospective and existing accounts including chasing lapsed business.
- Respond to website enquiries and follow up accordingly.
- Send follow up letters, quotations and samples and record the results accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records on the business system.
- Provide back-up and administrative assistance to other departments.

Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
