We supply, install, maintain and repair on-premise laundry equipment and dishwashers for the commercial market. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality customer service to sectors including the Care sector, the NHS, social housing and the hotel and leisure industry throughout the North of England and the Midlands.
**The Role**
We are now recruiting for a Service Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing company and play a key role in helping us continue our growth and deliver the industry leading level of customer service JTM Service is renowned for. We are passionate about developing our people and our success is down to the great team we have here.
This role would suit someone who is experienced working within a busy service department, has good attention to detail, a good communicator, is well organised and able to prioritise workloads. Our service department is very busy so someone with a sense of urgency and who enjoys a challenge would be well suited to the role.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and a desire to work at a high standard. You will need to demonstrate your ability to act in line with our Company Values - Heart, Drive and Integrity.
**Role and Responsibilities**
The following are the key responsibilities:
- Receiving of part deliveries
- Receiving of completed engineer visits and sending for invoicing if complete, or quoting for repairs if incomplete
- Be responsible for both head office and vehicle stocks ordering replenishments when required and ensuring our engineers have complete vehicle stocks
- Completion of Customer portals
