Sen Teaching Assistant

**Prospero Teaching** are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant. Our client is a mainstream Secondary school rated 'Good' with Ofsted based within Burton-Upon-Trent.
- Work 1:1 with children who have SEN such as ADD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties
- Create fun and creative learning resources while developing children's understanding
- Use phonics to aid speech and language development
- Work with class teachers in lessons in order to support those with SEN in mainstream schooling
Location - Burton-On-Trent
Position - SEN Teaching Assistant
Type of work - Assisting children on a 1:1 basis
Start date - ASAP
Likely Duration - Ongoing
Position end date - Ongoing
Contract type - Temporary
Full-time (Monday-Friday)
**Experience, Training and Qualifications**
It is essential that you have school admin and CMIS system experience.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
