**SEN Teaching Assistant**

I am looking for an engaging and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEND school to support children and young people with complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and Autism / ASC.

**We are interested in hearing from those have experience with any of the below**:

- Children recovering from brain injuries.
- Experience Supporting students needed to help with mobility,
- Sensory breaks
- Support needed in delivering therapy exercises throughout the school day.
- Development of social skills and interactions with others
- Mentoring or behaviour support
- Non-verbal so PECs or similar
- Speech and language

**This role is**:

- Burton-On-Trent based
- Up to £90 per day, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday

- Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers
- Ideally have a minimum of one year experience of working in either

psychiatric unit, Health & Social Care, residential or youth offending settings
- Able to provide academic support to pupils as well as pastoral care

**Experience**:
