Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEN?
Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist SEN Secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their team from the 5th January.
This is a specialist secondary school for students with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD and social and emotional mental health challenges.
About the role:
Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to individual students and small groups.
Assist students in accessing the curriculum and developing their independence, confidence, and social skills.
Support pupils with personal care needs, where required.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact.
Has experience working with young people with SEN (in any environment).
Can communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
Must complete safeguarding upon registering with Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
