We are looking for a friendly, personable and efficient individuals to join us as a member of our Front of House team across our cafe, events & stadium hospitality operations.

Other desirable qualities include a personal and passionate interest in food and coffee and a commitment to quality service.

Main Duties Skills: Running the till, carrying out transactions and answering the phone. Serving menu items and preparing hot and cold drinks.

General front of house duties:
maintain clean workstations and dining areas, pot wash, running food and beverages.

Providing every customer with friendly and exceptional customer service.

Monitoring the queue and ensuring customers adhere to covid-related regulations/guidelines.

Building meaningful connections with customers.

Person Specification: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Skilled in multi-tasking and time management. An understanding of events, coffee and food services.

Detail and quality-focused. Enthusiastic and engaged Resilient and able to cope under pressure.

Hours of work: The ability to work mornings and weekends is a must. We operate as a business six days a week. Hourly Rate: Starting at £9.50 an hour. Job Types: Full-time, part-time, permanent.
